At GHOST, every perfume is handcrafted using traditional techniques and requires extensive preparation time before dispatch. Due to the exclusive and personal nature of our fragrances, we follow strict return and refund guidelines
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is sealed, unused, and unopened
Return request is made within 6 hours of delivery
Product packaging, box, and accessories are in original condition
Wrong product was delivered by us
Product arrived damaged during shipping (proof required)
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
The perfume has been opened or used
Seal or packaging is damaged after delivery
Product was purchased during limited or special sale events
Customer dislikes the fragrance after opening (as fragrance preference is subjective)
Wrong Product / Damaged Delivery
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear unboxing photos/videos for verification
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product been collected
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method
