3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

We currently ship to most locations across India, including metro and non-metro cities.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos). We will help you resolve the issue with the courier partner.
